Shows run from 5:00pm to midnight through January 6th. The show may not take place if
raining (check the top of this page to see if the show in on for tonight).
Our 2012 show is at the same location as last years show in Lakeside Park, but the display is
turned a little to provide a large parking lot (in the soccer field close to the lake which is
supposed to open up 12/14). This years show is brought to you by Nemesis Metals and
Eilertson Incorporated. Nemesis Metals wanted to do this as a thank you to the city of Fond du
Lac who was instrumental in the creation of the company six years ago.
After parking, please turn off you headlights (if possible)!
See the show in the comfort and warmth of your car! A parking lot will be opening soon across
the street from the display for best viewing. (But it can get very crowded during the early
hours - so please drive carefully!)
When arriving, tune your car radio to 87.9 FM to listen to the music. The trees will dance to 7
songs (about 15 minutes), followed by a short intermission and then the show repeats.
The entire display is managed by special light controllers from Light-O-Rama that are
networked together. The controllers manage over 340 sections of light that can change (such
as turn on or off) up to 20 times a second! In addition, 3000 additional channels are assigned
to the 16-foot multi-color LED grid!
New this year is a brighter display, the Reindeer Choirs,
and a multitude of mini-trees. Plus, the chipmunks and
snowmen will be back along with Mr. Keys!
